Raycast unveils AI Extensions
The Raycast team has rolled out AI Extensions Beta, allowing users to automate tasks using natural language directly within it. This update elevates automation, making it simpler and more intuitive than ever before
The Raycast team just announced AI Extensions Beta, which makes extensions available as tools for AI agents inside raycast vía its in house model Ray-1.
This is amazing. You can now use tooling inside this extensions with natural language, and chain tasks between extensions.
This allows automatization to a totally new level, leaving tools as IFTTT or N8N as power tools now. Same with IOS Shortcuts, where you had to program it yourselves.
And with AI Commands you don’t even need to write them more than once.
This opens a path to build automations and tasks totally in natural language inside Raycast, without third party tools, available to launch with a few keystrokes.
